Daily Training Tip #156

Getting extra sleep over an extended period of time helps improve athletic performance.

Getting extra sleep also helps improve alterness and mood. Try to get as much sleep as you can each night. You want to try to sleep regularly each night. Try to go to bed and get up on a set schedule each day. Take brief naps if you are feeling tired.

There are a ton of things you can do to help yourself improve in any way you can. Getting enough sleep is another one of those things that helps you improve.
