Daily Training Tip #79

Continue to eat the proper foods, to put the proper fuel in your body.

You body is like a finely tuned, high performance race car. You can't but soda pop in the gas tank of your race car and expect to win the Indy 500. Your body is the same thing. It is a finely tuned, high performance athletic machine. You need to put in the proper fuel all the time!
