Daily Training Tip # 83

Balance training can't be overlooked. Perform exercises that incorporate balance on a daily basis.

There are hundreds of small things you can perform during your workouts to incorporate balance; use one leg, use swiss balls, use bosu balls, use balance boards etc. Have fun with this.

We would like to congrats Team USA for getting off to a fast start. MHC Campers David Backes and Ryan Malone scored the 2nd and 3rd goals yesterday in a 3-1 win! Way to go boys!
